With a network spanning 15 key hubs worldwide they can provide inspiring teaching and diverse skills to institutions across the globe, identifying the right environments for specific talents.

A number of their other brands have been using giant umbrella for many years but T15 identified how they could benefit further by using giant PEO, our professional employment solution.

the solution & benefit

Under our PEO solution the worker is quoted their actual gross pay rate unlike umbrella where they are quoted the limited company pay rate. As a result the level of queries to giant and T15 from workers have greatly reduced and there have been no requests for pay increases to compensate for umbrella deductions such as employers NIC. T15 enjoy better control and visibility over the contract process and all parties benefit from a more efficient on-boarding experience.
