It is important for us to make sure we fully understand the business need and conduct our standard “know your customer” checks before we onboard our clients. Pre-COVID, our sales team would always meet the client face to face, during the last 16 months we have shifted to e-meetings which have provided more flexibility for our clients, adhered to social distancing requirements, and had a positive impact environmentally. Our checks make sure we are offering the right product whilst keeping our onboarding processes as robust as ever. The documents that the clients provide us (for the standard identity and credit checks) are now collected online through our screening portal to ensure convenience and 100% compliance.
