Very similar to Umbrella, PEO (Professional Employment Organisation), is a PAYE solution that’s becoming more popular amongst businesses. This is another way to get your contractors paid whilst providing full employment rights. A key difference is the worker is quoted their gross pay rate, not their limited company pay rate and the PEO arrangement is set up between you and us.
IR35 fee payer
We probably don’t need to explain too much about this solution as we picked a pretty good name for it! IR35 fee payer allows your limited company contractors to engage compliantly with assignments both inside and outside IR35. We become the fee payer removing the HMRC risk from you and if inside IR35, ensuring all PAYE deductions are made before paying into their limited company bank account.
